It wasn't very long since we had been in the 2002 Floriade, in Holland; in places like this you can always see the tendency in gardening, the design and the necessities of the clients. There we got some ideas which later we applied to this work.
During a lunch with the client, we drew up a rough draft of the possible garden, the client was captivated by the simplicity of lines and the materials used.
We built the place from some sketches drawn up that same morning, and the result is a project full of rhythm, connected to the house by masterful lines and by the colours used in the pavement.
Pavements in the pass direction, climbing plants - beautiful by their flowering-; yew trees, a deciduous and a cypress, tend to touch the sky. All this constitutes this sustainable space that need little watering.
